Over 14 years as a member of the in-house communications team at APS, I managed groups responsible for advertising, customer communications, social media, digital content, executive communications, message development, and strategic communications. I led projects including the annual report, corporate responsibility report and daily employee newsletter.

Now as a consultant, I advise on customer education strategy and write or edit customer education materials, focusing on rate plans, how to save energy and ways for customers to lower their bills.
