Kevin Langbaum | KBL Communications

After successful careers in journalism and corporate communications, Kevin ran KBL Communications for four years. He has since returned to corporate communications.

A graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Kevin worked for a decade in print and online news. Stops included The Baltimore Sun and CBS Sports.

Then came a cross-country move and a shift to the corporate world. Kevin spent 14 years at Arizona Public Service, Arizona’s largest utility, managing teams and projects in advertising and marketing, external communications and PR, employee communications, customer communications and social media.

At KBL Communications, Kevin was a strategic communications consultant and freelance writer and editor for clients in energy, health care, education and other industries.

Kevin is based in Scottsdale, Ariz., where he lives with his wife, Jessica, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his son’s baseball games, drinking excessive amounts of Diet Pepsi, conquering Orangetheory workouts, listening to ‘80s music and watching sports, especially cheering on his beloved Northwestern Wildcats.
